There is an amazing amount of talent associated with this year's Relentless Energy Drink NASS, including 41 year old pro skater Mike Vallely, who has two Airwalk shoes coming this summer: the Enigma Brooklyn Banks and the Sadplant Reflex. Both are named after things near and dear to his soul; one of his favorite skate spots and the trick that gained him recognition in the 1980s.

Expected to compete with Vallely in the World Cup Street Skating Finals men's division are American Austen Seaholm and 51 other talented pro skateboarders from across the globe. Vallely is being sponsored by Airwalk and Powell Peralta. 21 year old Seaholm, on the other hand, is sponsored by KAOS Skateboards, Master Image Customs, Ninja Bearings, Balls Deep Boxers and SRH Clothing.

In addition to the World Cup Street Skating Finals, the aptly named, all girl event known as Girlzilla will also take place. A bevy of 25 talented and tenacious women like Americans Sophie Poppe and Vanessa Torres are expected to compete. A full list of all action sports athletes expected at this year's Relentless Energy Drink NASS is available on the event's website. Between the international skateboarding and BMX competitions there are over 50,000 Euros worth of prize money in play, not to mention the respect of one's peers.

Musical lineup

The festival's musical lineup is intense and will be spread across five dynamic stage areas. On Friday attendees will be treated to the artistic talents of Dirty Phonics Live, Arcane Roots, Red Light, Nero and more. Saturday's entertainment lineup is equally as impressive with bands such as Labyrinth, Ms Dynamite and Loadstar Live. As of press time Sunday's musical lineup had yet to be determined.
