Millar is the first ever pro winner of the inaugural event, which attracted more than 2500 people to the beachside skate park.
One of the aims of the championships was for Australian skaters to qualify, or be selected via a wildcard entry, for the international Vans Bowl-A-Rama at Bondi in February.
Millar, Fardell, Jackson Pilz and Tumbi Umbi's Matt Kitai from the pro division are guaranteed a spot at the Bondi event to skate among the biggest professional bowl-riders in the world, including international heavyweight Steve Caballero.
The Bar Beach event hosted four divisions - pro, masters (over 40s), female open division, who was won by Poppy Olsen, and under 18s.
