Pro-Tec Pool Party 2012 Masters video

The Masters' summary of the 8th Pro-Tec Pool Party
Six weeks ago CAB suffered a broken left shoulder, breaking it in two places.
This past Saturday, CAB was able to skate again and claimed first place at the
Pro Tec Pool Party 2012.
Miracle during the Pro-Tec Pool Party 2012

Something amazing happened at the Pro-Tec Pool Party 2012. The night before, the who’s who of skateboarding was reunited in a Movie Theater in front of the Vans skatepark at Orange, California to see the premiere of the new Bones Brigade movie. At the end of the movie, George Powell, Mike McGill, Stevie Caballero and lance Mountain were all answering questions from the crowd. One of them introduced himself as a 54 year old pro skateboarder. It was Tony Alva who asked Lance Mountain what was the meaning of God into his life. Lance answered that his love of God is even greater than his love for Skateboarding. Even though the question was not directed to Cab, he would have answered the same thing…

And God was with the Bones Brigade during the Pro-tec Pool Party 2012, not only it was the first time that those four (Steve Caballero, Tony Hawk, Lance Mountain and Mike McGill) were competing in the same contest since the early ’90s but Stacy Peralta and George Powell were on hand for the occasion. Cab, who six weeks ago broke his collar bone in a motorbike mishap, was not expecting to compete until being cleared to begin rehab just a week ago. He also won in 2010 and is the only Masters competitor to unseat 6-time winner Chris Miller, who placed 9th this year. The contest ended with Tony Hawk receiving a huge cake in honor of his 44th birthday.

If God is on the side of The Bones Brigade, he clearly showed it during the whole week preceding to the Pro-Tec Pool Party 2012.
